Child Safety Standards

  Heart of Avalon

  Last updated: June 2, 2026

Heart of Avalon is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse

and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we have in place to prevent,

detect, and respond to such content and conduct on our platform.

  1. Our Commitment

  – We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children.

  – We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of CSAM in any form.

  – We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or communication.

  – Heart of Avalon is intended for adult users. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the minimum age permitted by our Terms of Service will be removed.

  2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:

  – Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM.

  – Sexual or suggestive communication directed at or involving minors.

  – Attempting to contact, groom, or meet a minor for sexual purposes.

  – Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to facilitate exploitation.

  3. In-App Reporting

Users can report abusive content and accounts directly within the app:

  – Every message and user profile includes a Report option.

  – Reports can be submitted for categories including inappropriate content, harassment, scams, impersonation, and other safety concerns.

  – Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and confirmed violations result in content removal and account action.

Users may also contact our safety team directly at [email protected].

  4. Our Response

  – We promptly review all reports related to child safety.

  – Confirmed CSAE/CSAM content is removed and the responsible account is permanently banned.

  – We preserve relevant information and report confirmed cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation to the appropriate national and regional

authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, in compliance with all relevant laws.
