Welcome to the Avalon Healing Alliance, operated by Heart of Avalon, PBC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

  1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform exists to foster:

  • Community connection
  • Personal growth and well-being
  • Participation in

                        a Network of, for, and by Real People

The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

  1. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

By participating in this community, you acknowledge that these values are not rigid rules, but guiding principles. You agree to make a good-faith effort to embody them in your interactions.

5.2 Behavioral Expectations

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with others
  • Communicate in good faith
  • Avoid harm, harassment, or exploitation
  • Honor the intent of the community as a healing and supportive environment

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Share hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
  • Spread misinformation with intent to harm
  • Impersonate others
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or deceive users
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities

Community standing, visibility, or privileges may be influenced by patterns of behavior aligned with these values.

5.4 Enforcement

We may:

  • Remove content
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to preserve the integrity of the community.

In some cases, users may be offered opportunities to restore standing through constructive participation and demonstrated alignment with community values.

  1. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (“User Content”).

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, display, and distribute content within the Platform
  • Operate and improve the service

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or these Terms.
