Living stress-free feels like the best immunity booster to me
There is so much information out there on how to maintain our personal well-being. It is a little stressful, actually 🙂 But I have a feeling that living as stress-free as possible might be the way to stay healthy... This is different then being in denial. I agree with all the health protocols during this shelter-in-place, but maintaining a personal equilibrium feels really important too. What do you think?
